Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Little BRAVOS 6 -12 BOYS/GIRLS
# BRAVA Volleyball Club ## Refund Policy At BRAVA Volleyball Club, we strive to provide every athlete with a positive experience while maintaining fair policies for all families. ### Registration Fees Registration fees are non-refundable once a player's registration has been processed. ### Monthly Programs (Little BRAVOS, Academy & Beach) * Families may cancel participation at any time by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. * No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for missed practices, vacations, illnesses, or personal scheduling conflicts. * If BRAVA cancels a practice due to facility closures or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a make-up session when possible. ### Club Teams Club Team deposits are non-refundable once a roster position has been accepted, as roster commitments, tournament registrations, uniforms, and administrative expenses begin immediately. Any payments made toward uniforms, tournament entry fees, memberships, or other third-party expenses are non-refundable once those expenses have been incurred. ### Medical Exceptions Refund requests due to a season-ending injury or medical condition will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation from a licensed physician may be required. ### Program Cancellation If BRAVA Volleyball Club cancels a program before it begins, families will receive a full refund of any registration fees and payments made for that program.
